Breast Health: A Cellular Perspective
Abstract

One in seven women will be challenged by breast cancer some time in their life, and yet as many as 90% of these cancers could be prevented. The key to getting women to understand how to avoid this terrible illness is to educate them about how their body works at the cellular level.

Cells do not become cancerous over night. It takes at least ten, and usually twenty years, or more, for cancer to actually develop in our bodies. At the very beginning of this process, cells experience changes brought on by many stress factors, such as poor nutrition, imbalanced hormones, toxins entering the body, emotional stress and genetic traits. When these cellular stressors occur, a defense is mounted, which causes the cell to become hyperactive, and as a result, produce higher temperatures than normal. These changes in cellular temperature can actually be seen by an FDA approved diagnostic tool known as thermography. In fact, thermography can see potential cancer cells 8-10 years before mammography can see a tumor with four billion cells in it. Thermography can see through the youngest, most dense breast tissue, which mammograms cannot. And, there is not radiation or pain involved with thermography. When combined with ultrasound, thermography has a 95% accuracy rating, compared to a 65% accuracy rating that mammography offers.

Cells go through five distinct stages of deterioration on their way to becoming cancerous, and when problematic cells are identified in the first three of these stages, it is possible to return these cells to a normal, healthy state with changes, such as better nutrition, balancing hormones, stress management and flushing of toxins from the body. There are dozens of cellular stressors that need to be clearly communicated to all women, starting in their teens, so they can avoid them as much as they possibly can.

Every woman needs to adopt a breast health awareness strategy, and this should include three lifestyle changes.

1.	They should be eating an organic and vegetarian diet as much as they possibly can. Avoiding animal products and the chemicals used in farming, are two of the most important things any woman can do.

2.	They need to take several quality nutritional supplements that have been proven to reduce the risk of breast cancer, such as vitamin D3, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B and omega 3 oils, just to mention a few.

3.	They need to ensure that their cells are getting optimal levels of oxygen. This can be achieved with exercise, deep breathing exercises and getting additional oxygen into the body via oxygen therapy.

These strategies will be covered in a more comprehensive way by Dr. Charles Bens at the Complimentary and Alternative Cancer Therapies Conference on March 3-5, 2011.
In 2001 a set of PHP scripts were let loose on the open Internet. Those scripts, which took user-generated data and used it to dynamically create html pages, contained the ideas and the algorithms that are the core of today's Nucleus CMS. Though Nucleus CMS 3.5 is far more flexible and powerful than the scripts from which it emerged, it still expresses the values that guided its birth: flexibility, security, and computational elegance.

Thanks to an international community of sophisticated developers and designers, Nucleus CMS remains simple enough for anyone to learn, and expandable enough to allow you to build almost any website you can imagine. Nucleus CMS lets you integrate text, images, and user comments in a seamless package that will make your web presence as serious, professional, personal, or fun as you want it to be.
